Hi, I moved from the US to the Netherlands and noticed the water here has been ruining my hair! I ordered the handheld showerhead filter; it arrived fast, was packaged well and was easy to install (I am not a plumber!). I like it so much better than the standard European handheld and in just a few days I've noticed a difference in my hair: it's finally getting as soft as it is in the US. Very pleased with the product.
